Shipping Information:

We offer flat-rate shipping. No matter how much you buy, you pay just $6 bucks for shipping. Orders for in stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. In the event one of your items is on back order, your order will be held until complete, and it will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from the time the order is placed. If you would like to split your shipment to have in stock orders ship immediately and back ordered items ship when available, you will need to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to make arrangements and freight will be billed for each shipment.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our online catalogs information, occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of some items in the catalog, we reserve the right to limit the purchase quantity per customer and some items may only be available on a while quantities last basis.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will accept returns within 30 days of merchandise in like-new condition so it is available for resale. Please contact one of our Customer Service Team Representatives to receive a Return Authorization Number at 317-770-9800 or jesterp@rocketmail.com. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your box and on the packing list enclosed in your return. Returns should be shipped insured in order to track your package. We cannot be responsible for lost returns. Freight charges on your original order are not refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only; there will be no refunds available for defective merchandise.
